Day 1
Aiguilles d'Entrèves traverse
Departure in the morning from St-Gervais to the village of Entrèves (1224m) in Italy (about 50 minutes by car). From there, we take the Helbronner cable car in Italy (3462m). We make our way over the glacier to the Entrèves pass, which leads to the top of the aiguilles of the same name. After an easy start, we approach a slightly more technical and aerial part with a few climbing passages on the granite. The view is exceptional! We start the descent on the other side with a small abseil and rock cracks. You will come back with the cable-cars in the afternoon.
Depending on the weather and the skill of the participants, the guide may modify the program.

The Aiguilles d'Entrèves traverse (rigde climb) requires good preparation, it is aimed at sporty people with a first successful mountaineering experience (rock climbing experience is a plus).
Endurance sports such as cycling, running or long walks are an ideal preparation.
You will evolve on an unmarked mountain route, you must be aware of the dangers associated with this activity (glacier crevasses, serac falls, rock falls, avalanches, very low temperatures).
2 people per guide maximum for the Aiguilles d'Entrèves traverse.
Guaranteed departure in group sessions from 2 subscriptions.
You will be supervised by a mountain guide or a mountain guide in training.
To be covered by an insurance «assistance-repatriation» is mandatory to participate in our stays. If you do not have «assistance-repatriation» insurance, we can offer you one at the price of €5 per day. We also offer optional «cancellation» insurance at the price of €12 per day.
