Appointment at 6.30 pm at the guides' office.
Day 1
Contamines – refuge de Conscrits
Departure from Contamines village (1,210 m) and ascent to Tré la Tête refuge (1,970 m). You will then get to Conscrits refuge (2,610 m) via Tré la Tête glacier.
Difference in height of + 1,400 m.
Day 2
Dômes de Miage
Dômes de Miage ascent (3670m). This glacial course represents
both a superb hike on the way up, and great skiing on the way down. View on
Aiguille de Tré-la-Tête, Mont Blanc and Aiguille de Bionnassay.
Difference in height : + 1068 m / - 2460m
The altitude differences are calculated as an approximation and may vary.
The guides may have to adapt the program to the weather conditions, mountain conditions and the level of the participants.

For good skiers in good physical shape. Passes and summits with technical difficulties. You need to have some experience in skitouring. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any doubt about the level required.
You will evolve on an unmarked high mountain route, you must be aware of the dangers associated with this activity (crevasses, falling seracs, falling rocks, avalanches, very low temperatures).
2 people per guide maximum.
Guaranteed departure in group sessions from 3 subscriptions.
You will be supervised by a mountain guide.
To be covered by an insurance «assistance-repatriation» is mandatory to participate in our stays. If you do not have «assistance-repatriation» insurance, we can offer you one at the price of €10 (5€/day). We also offer optional «cancellation» insurance at the price of €24 (€12/day). This insurance does not take into account the sporting character of our stays. More information in the cancellation and assistance repatriation insurance booklets.
Appointment at 6.30 pm at the Saint-Gervais guides' office (in the tourist office of the village) where you will meet your guide. If you cannot be present, the briefing can be done by phone. More details about how to travel by public transportation can be found on our "contact" page.
