Niveau physique et technique 
En bonne condition physique pratiquant un sport d’endurance durant l’année, ne présentant pas de contre-indication médicale à la marche 
en montagne avec un sac de 8-9 kg, entraîné et ayant une première 
expérience récente de la randonnée journée en montagne. 
Maximum 5H à 6 H 30 de marche par jour sur sentier de montagne.

Physical condition and technical level: 
In good physical condition through the practice of an endurance sport during the year; no medical contraindication against hiking in the mountains / trained and having recent first experience of hiking during the day in the mountains.  Maximum 5-6 ½ hours walking per day on mountain trails

Participants : Groups limited to 10 people. Departure assured with a minimum of 6 people.

Supervision by a mountain guide, picnics or lunches, 
half-board accommodation

The price does  not include: Drinks and extras, and everything else not included in the ‘price includes’ section. Transportation costs to the point of departure and on return of the course. Other personal expenses. Personal insurance and equipment.
