Our
Mont-Blanc training course has proved its success for many years
now.
This course is aimed at people who have little or no
experience of mountaineering but would nevertheless like to
attempt Mont-Blanc. Participants must, however, have hiking experience and be
in good physical condition. It is also aimed at people with some
past experience who would like to brush-up on their technique
before attempting the summit.
Over a 6 day course we propose spending 3 days on technical
preparations (and also psychological preparation to get you in
the right frame of mind), followed by a day’s rest before
attempting the ascent of Mont-Blanc by the classic ‘royale’
route over 2 days.
In any case, you must be very fit (through jogging or
hiking in altitude) and in good health.
